The White Rhino

The first time I saw a white rhino was in the zoo in Rome and it was such a great experience…they were so BIG. I read that there are 5 types of rhinos and they are all in danger. I decided to talk about white rhinos because I found out that there are 2 subspecies of white rhinos, the northern and the southern . The northern species has only 2 females alive, the last male died in 2018, which means that the northern white rhinos are practically extinct 🥺. People have now been working to find solutions to help conservation of species in danger and this sad story of northern white rhino brought to light the importance of humans to fix what humans have caused.
