The Giraffe
We all know how giraffes look like and this is probably why we love them so much. They have a funny long neck and have weird-shaped dots all around there body. The first time I saw a giraffe was when I went to the zoo in Sidney but I saw them again in the BIOPARCO in Rome few weeks ago. They were looking for food and with their long neck they managed to reach the other side of the fence to get better food. SO CLEVER! I was told that in Kenya there is a special hotel called Giraffe Manor, where giraffes come to eat breakfast with you. One day I wish I’ll be able to visit this beautiful place.

1) The unique patters of the giraffe’s spots are like fingerprints, as they are unequal to each individual giraffe!
2) A giraffe tongue can be up to 50.8 cm long and is used to grab leaves of trees!
3) Giraffes have the largest heart 0f any land animal , weighing about 11.34 kg!
